Privacy policy
This site collects little, and only in one place. This document explains exactly what is collected, where it goes, how long it is kept, and what you can do about it.

Who we are
This document applies to the website wearew.io and to services provided by Shaked Winkler, licensed dealer (עוסק מורשה) no. 305293938, trading as W Future (דאבליו פיוצ׳ר) ("we", "us"). This is a sole proprietorship, not a limited company, so the owner and manager of the database as defined in the law is Shaked Winkler himself.
It is written in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and its amendments, including Amendment 13, and with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 2017. For visitors from the European Union, the GDPR also applies where relevant.
What we collect
Information you enter in the form
The campaign landing page (wearew.io/lp.html) carries one form — a request for an introductory meeting. The fields it collects:
- Required: full name, business name and type, location in Israel, phone number, and when it suits you to be called back.
- Optional: business website, email address, and a free-text description of what is holding the business back.
Providing these details is voluntary and is not required by law. Without them we cannot get back to you, and that is the only consequence.
Information collected automatically with the submission
Stored alongside the form: the campaign identifier you arrived through (the ?c= parameter in the ad link), the page the enquiry was sent from, and the time of submission. These tell us which ad produced the enquiry.
Technical information
Like any website, the hosting server records basic access data: IP address, browser and operating system, time of access and page viewed. This is used for operation and security only.
Advertising measurement
A Meta pixel runs on every page of this site. It sets one cookie (_fbp) and reports to Meta when a page is opened, and on the landing page also when a form submission succeeds. The contents of the form are not sent to Meta. Measurement runs from the moment you arrive and does not wait for consent — a bar at the bottom of the screen says so, with a Turn off button that stops the pixel and deletes any cookies already set. Apart from this pixel the site carries no analytics platform and no other tracking code. Until 19 August 2026 the pixel ran on the landing page only.
What the information is used for
- Contacting you about your enquiry and arranging the introductory meeting.
- Sending one WhatsApp message confirming that your details arrived.
- Providing the professional services agreed, if you enter into an engagement with us.
- Measuring advertising — which ads bring enquiries and which do not.
- Operating and securing the site.
- Meeting legal obligations, including bookkeeping and reporting duties.
We do not sell information and we do not pass it on for other people's marketing.
The basis for collecting it
The information is given with your consent, by filling in and submitting the form, after being told what it is for. The text beside the submit button states plainly that a WhatsApp confirmation will follow and that the details stay with us.
We do not send marketing messages. If we ever wish to, we will do so only after separate, explicit consent, and every message will carry a simple way to opt out — as required by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law.
Who receives the information — our service providers
We use service providers who process information on our behalf and on our instructions. Each has its own privacy policy:

Transfer outside Israel
As the table shows, information is stored and processed on servers outside Israel. By submitting the form you consent to that transfer. We engage providers bound to protect the information and keep it confidential, in line with the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data Abroad) Regulations, 2001.
WhatsApp messages
Immediately after the form is submitted, one WhatsApp message is sent confirming that your details arrived. It comes from our business number and is an operational message, not an advertisement. If you reply to it, the exchange is kept as a record of your enquiry.
You do not have to receive it: write to us and it will not be sent again, or reply saying you are not interested.
Disclosure to others
Beyond the service providers listed, we will not pass personal information to a third party, except: where required by law, court order or legal proceedings; and to defend our rights in the event of a breach.
Data security
The site is served over encrypted connections. Access to the information is limited to those who need it for their work, and the systems are protected by permissions and access keys. We take reasonable and accepted measures, but no system is entirely immune, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
- Form enquiries — kept while a business relationship is ongoing and for a reasonable period after. An enquiry that does not lead to contact is deleted when no longer needed, or immediately on your request.
- Correspondence — kept while there is a business or legal need.
- Accounting records — kept for the period required by law.
- Technical access logs — kept briefly by the hosting provider.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may:
- Review the information held about you.
- Request correction of information that is incorrect, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
- Request deletion of the information, subject to retention duties under law.
- Withdraw consent and ask us not to contact you.
If you are visiting from the European Union, you also have the right to data portability and the right to object to processing.
To exercise a right, contact us by email. We will respond within a reasonable time, and no later than 30 days.
Minors
The site and services are intended for business owners and representatives of organisations. We do not address minors and do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
We will update this document from time to time. The last update date appears at the top of the page. A material change will be published prominently.
