We treat accessibility as part of the work rather than an addition to it. A site not everyone can use is a site we have not finished building.

Our commitment
W FUTURES works to make this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities, on the understanding that equal access to information is a baseline condition of professional service.
Accessibility work on this site follows the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998 and the regulations issued under it — the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
Standard and conformance level
The site is built to the Israeli standard SI 5568 and to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as far as those apply to the nature of this site and its content.
This is an informational site. It has no member areas, no registration forms, no payment flows and no purchase processes, so parts of the standard that govern such processes do not apply to it.
What has been implemented
Structure and semantics
- Semantic HTML throughout, with a correct and unbroken heading hierarchy on every page.
- Every page declares its language, and passages in another language are marked separately.
- Page regions carry explicit roles — navigation, main content, header and footer.
Keyboard navigation
- The entire site can be operated by keyboard alone, without a mouse.
- Tab order follows the visual order of the content.
- Every page opens with a skip to content link, revealed on the first Tab press.
- Every interactive element has a clear, visible focus indicator in a high-contrast colour.
- In the mobile menu, Esc closes the sheet and focus is trapped inside it while it is open.
Screen readers
- The site has been tested against assistive technology and supports common screen readers.
- Every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers so they do not add noise.
- Buttons and links without visible text carry an explicit aria-label.
- Expandable components report their state — open or closed — to assistive technology.
Vision, colour and text
- Text and background contrast ratios meet Level AA requirements.
- Colour is never the only means of conveying information or indicating state.
- Type is set in flexible units and responds to browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.
- The site works on phone, tablet and desktop, with no horizontal scrolling.
Motion and animation
- The site honours the prefers-reduced-motion system setting. Visitors who have asked for reduced motion get the site with no scroll animation, no background movement and no transitions.
- There is no flashing, flickering or auto-advancing content.
- Background films are silent, carry no verbal information, and each one has a text description.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing. Some components or content may not yet be fully accessible, particularly third-party resources that are not entirely under our control, such as fonts or code libraries loaded from external services.
We keep testing, fixing and improving. If you find something that is not accessible, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Reporting an accessibility issue
If you had difficulty using the site, found an inaccessible component, or have a suggestion, please contact us. We will handle your report as quickly as possible and no later than the period set out in the regulations.
Physical accessibility
W FUTURES operates as a professional service delivered at the client's own place of business and does not run an office that receives the public. Should such a location be established, its accessibility arrangements will be published here.
